St. Joseph’s Academy won the Senior Night match against Incarnate Word Academy. This was their last match of the year finishing with a 6-1 record.  It was a very memorable night for the team. While it was sad to see seniors Lily Bayer and Sophie Morris go, St.Joe cannot wait to see them prosper in college.  While playing tennis here at St. Joe they were a part of winning three District Championships and also a state title in the Class 3 Division. Lily was on Varsity all four years while Sophie was on JV her freshman year and then varsity for the next three years.

Seniors Lily Bayer and Sophie Morris had many memories with the Tennis team.

“My favorite memory was going on out of town for tournaments,”  Lily said. “You get to meet people who live such a different life from you and get to bond with the team.”

“I loved going out of town as well,” Sophie added.

St. Joe will greatly miss these two seniors, but we are excited to see what the future holds for them both.
