Angel Fest 2017

On Saturday, October 14, St. Joe will host its annual festival, Angel Fest! From 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., all students, faculty, alumnae, their friends and family, and even potential/ future angels are invited to spend the day doing a multitude of fun activities both in the outdoor theater and the school. Members of National Honors Society, Beta Chi Pi, the fall musical, the Art Club and more will volunteer their time to make sure this day is amazing for everyone!

In the commons, Jostens will be there the entire day to take orders for class ring replacements if anyone has lost theirs or needs a new one. Student ambassadors will be there to provide tours of the school for prospective angels or anyone who would like a tour! You can also purchase some new St. Joe apparel in the newly expanded Spirit Shop! In the dance studio, the Art Club will host an art zone for all ages to do art projects throughout the day.

In the outdoor theater, there is the kid zone. The kid zone is an area dedicated for kids complete with a bounce house, games, face painting, clown and balloon sculpting, pony rides, crafts, a cupcake walk, and even a dance party with a bubble bus!

It isn’t just the kids that get to have fun, there is even a zone for tweens and teens! Located in the outdoor theater and also the commons, there will be cupcake decorating, jewelry making, a photo booth, a demonstration from the Jobotics team, and other STEM projects hosted by Beta Chi Pi.

Hot dogs and chips will be provided by the Fathers’ Club in the outdoor theater from 11:30-1:00.

In the theater, there will be a preview of the fall musical, The Little Mermaid, and a performance from the dance team. The first performance is at 11:30, and there will be another one at 1:30. Everyone should come and support their fellow angels!
